If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order of our knitwear, dresses, outerwear or other fashion essentials, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless the items are faulty. Please ensure you’re completely happy with your selection before purchasing these items.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
